Offensive – Butch Lordeus, Midland University (Guard)
Butch Lordeus of Midland University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Lordeus, a junior from Deerfield Beach, Florida, scored a career-high 28 points in Midland's road win at Clarke on Sunday. He shot 10-of-14 (71.4%) from the field with 6 three-pointers and converted both free throw attempts in 31 minutes of action. He added 1 assist, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals to help the Warriors to the non-conference victory.
Defensive – Logan Wilson, Concordia University (Forward)
Logan Wilson of Concordia University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Wilson, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, helped limit Mount Marty to 44.6 percent shooting in Concordia's 84-75 road win. Wilson grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds (12 defensive) and swiped two steals in 27 minutes of action. The Bulldogs pushed their win streak to five and cracked the NAIA coaches' poll at No. 24 this past week.
