Week 9: GPAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Volleyball players-of-the-week for contests played October 13-19, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-2026 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program. 

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Volleyball Players-of-the-Week

Attacker – Brooklynn Snyder, Midland University (Outside)

Midland's Brooklynn Snyder is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. Snyder, a sophomore from Bennington, Nebraska, averaged 4.25 kills/set this week for Midland as they went 1-1 on the road. She had a team-best .409 hitting percentage with a total of 34 kills while adding 4 digs and 3 block assists.

Setter- Carlee Jackson, Dordt University

Carlee Jackson of Dordt University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week. Jackson, a junior from Sioux City, Iowa, averaged 6.7 assists per set while running a 6-2 offense in wins over Briar Cliff and Midland. She also accounted for five service aces in the two matches with 2.0 digs as Dordt improved to 17-6 overall and 8-4 in the GPAC.

Defender – Elizabeth Tyler, Dakota Wesleyan University (Defensive Specialist)

Dakota Wesleyan defensive specialist Elizabeth Tyler is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. Tyler, a junior from Mitchell, South Dakota, had 56 total digs, good for eight digs-per-set as the Tigers split a pair of conference matches. She had a season-high of 35 digs in a four-set win over Morningside and had 57 serve receptions without a single receiving error alongside three aces during the week.
