Dordt Women Win GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championship

The Defenders totaled 200 points to claim the GPAC Banner for 2026. Doane was a close second with 199, while Concordia was third with 90.
The GPAC Championship came down to the 4x400 relay.
Tania Gleason from Doane was the Female Outstanding Athlete-of-the-Meet after scoring 20.5 points for the Tigers.
The Outstanding Performances-of-the-Meet and the Jim McMahon Coaching Staff-of-the-Year honors will be released next week.
Six women’s records fell over the two days of competition at Dordt.
Up next is the NAIA National Indoor Track and Field Championships in Gainesville, Florida, at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe, March 5-7, 2026.
The top eight places in individual events are All-Conference, with the top three relays earning league honors.
