Week 3: GPAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played September 8-14, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-26 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Women's Offense – Melissa Tsatiris, Morningside University (Midfielder)

Melissa Tsatiris of Morningside University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Tsatiris, a senior, from Dronninglund, Denmark, recorded all three Morningside goals, including the game winner, in this week's lone match, finding the net on three of her four shots in the match.

Women's Defense – Tatiana Villasenor, Hastings College (Keeper)

Tatiana Villasenor of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Villasenor, a sophomore from Aurora, Colorado, recorded a shutout in the 5-0 win over Bethel, saving both shot attempts. In the 0-0 draw with Friends, she did not allow a goal on the five attempts from the Falcons.
