Week 11: GPAC Women's Basketball Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following women's basketball players-of-the-week for contests played January 19-25, 2026. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-2026 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Offensive – Bailey Kissinger, Hastings College (Guard)

Bailey Kissinger of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball offensive player-of-the-week.  Kissinger, a junior from Hastings, Nebraska, scored a career-high 32 points in their 102-82 win over No. 16 Briar Cliff to put them in the top four of the GPAC standings. She made 9-of-16 field goals and went 12-of-16 from the charity stripe in the win. In their 2-0 week, Kissinger averaged 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 4 steals.

Defensive – Bailey Kissinger, Hastings College (Guard)

Bailey Kissinger of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball defensive player-of-the-week.  Kissinger, a junior from Hastings, Nebraska, came up with five steals and help hold No. 16 Briar Cliff to 36 second half points. In their 2-0 week, Kissinger averaged 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 4 steals.
