2025 GPAC Women’s Basketball Tournament Quarterfinals Complete
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The top four seeds posted Quarterfinal wins on Wednesday night in the 2025 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women’s Basketball Tournament.

Top seed Dordt defeated #8 Concordia in Sioux Center, Iowa, by the final of 80-66, while fourth seed Hastings won at home over #5 Northwestern 81-70 in Hastings, Nebraska. On the other side of the bracket two seed Dakota Wesleyan was a winner in Mitchell, South Dakota, over #7 Doane 79-71, while three seed Briar Cliff defeated #6 seed Morningside 89-52 in Sioux City, Iowa.
The semifinals are on Saturday, March 1, at Dordt and Dakota Wesleyan. Top seed Dordt will host #4 Hastings at 2pm and two seed Dakota Wesleyan will host #3 Briar Cliff at 3pm.
GPAC Championship Tuesday will be on Tuesday, March 4. The GPAC Postseason Tournament Champion garners an automatic berth to the NAIA National Basketball Tournament (the runner-up gains the berth if the regular season champion (top seed Dordt) wins the postseason).
64 teams will make the NAIA Women's Basketball Postseason this year. Games will be played at First and Second Round Sites on March 14-15 (four team pods). The 16 opening round winners will play in the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship is set for March 20-25, 2025, in Sioux City, Iowa, at the Tyson Events Center.
