Week 11: GPAC Softball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Softball Weekly Honors
Pitcher – McKenzie Gray, Mount Marty
McKenzie Gray of Mount Marty University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports pitcher-of-the-week. Gray, a senior from Imperial Valley, California, was lights-out in the circle this week, making two appearances and earning both a win and a save across eight dominant innings. She allowed just three hits and one earned run, finishing with a stellar 0.88 ERA and 0.63 WHIP. Gray struck out ten while holding opponents to a .125 batting average, including a complete-game win in one of her starts.
Player – Reese Floro, Midland University (First Base)
Reese Floro of Midland University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports softball player-of-the-week. Floro, a senior from Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was nearly unstoppable at the plate this week. She went 11-for-17 with 11 runs scored. She also drove in five runs, earned a walk, and stole three bases as Midland went 4-0 in conference play. In the series at CSM, she went 5-for-5 with five runs scored in game one then drove in four runs in game two as the Warriors' won 12-6 and 23-7.
