Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Softball Weekly Honors
Pitcher – Adeline Fliege, Morningside University
Adeline Fliege of Morningside University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports pitcher-of-the-week. Fliege, a freshman from Omaha, Nebraska, threw 16 innings on the week for the Mustangs, striking out 11 without giving up an earned run. She surrendered just two walks while scattering nine hits in her appearances. On the week she picked up a pair of wins.
Player – Kaylee Pinneo, Hastings College (Infield)
Kaylee Pinneo of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports softball player-of-the-week. Pinneo, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska, had a great week in eight games, finishing with a .485 batting average, .500 on-base percentage, and a .697 slugging percentage. She was 16-of-33 and had five multi-hit games and three game with three-hits games. She had five doubles, a triple, a walk, and one stolen base. She had 13 RBIs, with just two strikeouts.
