Dordt Picked in 2025 GPAC Preseason Men’s Cross Country Poll
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) has released their 2025 Preseason Men’s Cross Country Poll after a vote of the league coaches.
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) has released their 2025 Preseason Men's Cross Country Poll after a vote of the league coaches.
Dordt University, the defending men's conference champion, is the preseason pick for 2025. The Defenders scored 41 points to claim the 2024 league title last fall, with Vaughn Hendrickson from Concordia winning the individual championship in the GPAC.
Doane was picked second in the preseason poll with 94 points and the final four place votes. Concordia was picked third with 81, while Northwestern and Mount Marty rounded out the top-five on the men's side.
The 2025 GPAC Cross Country Championships are Saturday, November 8, in Ashland, Nebraska, at Mahoney State Park. The 2025 GPAC Championships will be hosted by Doane University.
Coaches could not vote for their own team in the poll.
