Doane Men Claim 2025 GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championship

(Mitchell, South Dakota) - Doane University has claimed the 2025 GPAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Championship. The 2025 GPAC Indoor Championships were hosted by Dakota Wesleyan University at the DWU/Avera Sports and Wellness Complex in Mitchell, South Dakota, on February 14-15, 2025.

The TIgers totaled a new GPAC record 220.5 points to claim the GPAC Banner for 2025.  Dordt was second with 159, while Midland was third with 111.

Robert Atwater from Midland was the Male Outstanding Athlete-of-the-Meet after scoring 44 points for the Warriors.

The Outstanding Performances-of-the-Meet and the Fred Beile Coaching Staff-of-the-Year honors will be be released next week.

Eleven total records fell over the two days of competition at Dakota Wesleyan.

Up next is the NAIA National Indoor Track and Field Championships in Gainesville, Florida, at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe, February 27-March 1, 2025.
