Week 4: GPAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Men's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played September 15-21, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-26 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program. 

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Men's Soccer Players-of-the-Week

Men's Offense – Evan Bolster, Dakota Wesleyan University (Forward)

Evan Bolster of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Bolster, a freshman from Midelton, Ireland, four total goals in one game against Mount Marty, tying the single-game school record. In the contest he scored two of the team's first three goals and converted on all four of his attempts.

Men's Defense – Thomas Gibson, Midland University (Defender)

Thomas Gibson of Midland University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Gibson, a senior from Bury St. Edmunds, England, helped Midland to a road win at Dordt to start conference play on Saturday. In addition to helping the Warriors limit the Defenders to just two shots on goal. On the other end of the pitch, he scored his first goal of the season to open the game's scoring.
