Week 2: GPAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Men's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played September 1-7, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-26 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program. 

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Men's Soccer Players-of-the-Week

Men's Offense – Lukas Adamhuber, Dakota Wesleyan University (Midfield)

Lukas Adamhuber of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Adamhuber, a freshman from Polling, Germany, scored two goals against Providence (Mont.) in the second half to secure the out-of-conference win.

Men's Defense – Juan Lopez-Arteaga, Hastings College (Defender)

Juan Lopez-Arteaga of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Lopez-Arteaga, a senior, from Pachuca, Mexico, led the Broncos defensively to a 3-2 win over Southwestern and held Kansas Wesleyan to zero goals and only five shots in the tie. He also recorded two shot attempts and one shot on goal in both games.
