Week 10: GPAC Golf Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Golfers-of-the-Week
Women – Macy Button, Morningside University
Macy Button of Morningside University is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Golfer-of-the-Week. Button, a freshman from Ames, Iowa, was the top GPAC golfer at the Kyle Blaser Invitational, tying for 16th against an extremely competitive field in the weather-shortened event.
Men – Evan Smith, Northwestern College
Evan Smith of Northwestern College is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Golfer-of-the-Week. Smith, a sophomore from Knoxville, Iowa, tied Northwestern's individual record for single-round low, shooting a 65 in the second round of the Doane Spring Invite. He won the 107-player field for his second career tournament win, finishing five under in the event. As a team, Northwestern joined Smith's record by tying the team single-round low with a score of 274 in the second round.
