Week 10: GPAC Golfers of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following golfers-of-the-week for April 7 - April 13, 2025.  Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2024-2025 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Golfers-of-the-Week

Women – Helene Getz-Bergmo, Briar Cliff University
Helene Getz-Bergmo, of Briar Cliff University is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Golfer-of-the-Week.  Getz-Bergmo, a senior from Molev, Norway, placed first in the Iowa Central Spring Invite with a two-round total of 147 (75,72).  Her round of 72 was even par for the day.  She placed first out of 37 golfers in the six team invite.

Men – Dakota Munger, Dakota Wesleyan University
Dakota Munger of Dakota Wesleyan University is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Golfer-of-the-Week. Munger, a freshman from Chamberlain, South Dakota, placed first in the DWU Spring Invite with a two-round total of 140 (69,71).  He placed first in a field of 48 golfers in the seven-team field.
