Championship Monday Set of 2026 GPAC Baseball Tournament Set

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Bracket play in the 2026 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Baseball Tournament concluded on Friday in both Crete and Lincoln, Nebraska, at the Doane and Concordia pods.

At the Doane Bracket in Crete, Nebraska, top seed Doane came back out of the elimination bracket to advance to Monday's GPAC Championship Game.  The Tigers defeated Hastings 14-5 in game six to force a game seven.  In game seven Doane defeated the Broncos 9-2 to win the pod with the 3-1 record.

At the Concordia Bracket in Lincoln, Nebraska, second seed Concordia defeated six seed Dakota Wesleyan 14-5 in game six to win the pod with a 3-0 record.  Concordia advances to Monday's GPAC Championship Game.

Top seed Doane will now host two seed Concordia on Monday at Noon in Crete, Nebraska, in a one nine-inning GPAC Championship Game at 3pm.

With Doane and Concordia playing as the top two seeds in the championship, both teams are assured of berths in the NAIA Opening Round for 2026.  Doane was announced as a host site on Friday in Lincoln, Nebraska, at Sherman Park.
