Week 3: GPAC Baseball Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following baseball player and pitcher-of-the-week for contests played February 17-23, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2024-2025 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program. 

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Baseball Weekly Honors

Pitcher – Kaden Crawford, Doane University

Kaden Crawford of Doane University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports pitcher-of-the-week.  Crawford, a junior from Fairfield, Texas, improved to 2-0 on the year with a 5-1 victory over Missouri Valley. He threw 6.0 innings, allowing one run on four hits while striking out eight batters.

Player – Conor Michaud, Mount Marty University (First Base)

Mount Marty University infielder Conor Michaud is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports baseball player-of-the-week.  Michaud, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska, made the most of his loan game on Sunday night at the plate for Mount Marty. He led the Lancers offense driving in four RBI's and two doubles while scoring twice and walking once.
