(Sioux City, Iowa) –  The top four seeds all posted quarterfinal wins on Wednesday night in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Postseason Basketball Tournament.  Top-seeded Morningside defeated eight-seed Dakota Wesleyan 83-72, while fourth-seed Briar Cliff defeated fifth-seed Northwestern 70-54.  On the bottom of the bracket second-seed Concordia defeated seventh-seed Mount Marty 71-66 and third-seed Hastings defeated sixth-seed Doane 70-53.

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Morningside will be the number one seed when the 2015 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Postseason Basketball Tournament begins on Wednesday, February 25.  The top-ranked Mustangs went 20-0 in the GPAC and 30-0 for the season.  As the number one seed the Mustangs have secured an automatic berth to the NAIA Women's Division II National Tournament in Sioux City, Iowa, which runs March 11-17 at the Tyson Events Center.  Concordia is the two seed, Hastings the three seed, and Briar Cliff will be the fourth seed.  Northwestern is seeded fifth, Doane is sixth, Mount Marty is seeded seventh, and Dakota Wesleyan is the eighth seed.
