(Sioux City, Iowa) – Doane College, with 99 points and nine first place votes, is the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) baseball coaches' choice to win the 2015 regular season league title.  The Tigers, who went a perfect 20-0 en route to the GPAC regular and postseason championships last spring, posted a 42-11 overall record in 2014.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2014 NAIA Baseball All-America teams, selected by the NAIA-Baseball Coaches Association (NAIA-BCA) All-America Selection Committee.  GPAC Player-of-the-Year Mitch Peschon (pictured) from Northwestern earned second team honors.  GPAC Pitcher-of-theYear Elliot Engle from Doane and Cody Groskreutz from Northwestern were each named to the Honorable Mention list.  Three GPAC teams made the NAIA Postseason this year (Doane, Midland, and Northwestern) and all three posted 40 plus win seasons.
