Doane College junior men's soccer player Casey Clark has been named the NAIA Defensive Player-of-the-Week.  Clark missed a few games due to injury but returned this past week to help the Tigers to a 1-0-1 record.  Doane played a pair of double overtime games, tying with Concordia and defeating Midland.  The Warriors were receiving votes in the NAIA poll.

Shazz Heale of Midland University has been named the NAIA National Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the week, the national office announced on Tuesday. Heale becomes the first Warrior men's soccer player to receive the award since his predecessor, and current goalkeeping coach, Lewis Wilcox won the award on October 8, 2013.
