KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Opening Round Schedule) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the seeds and brackets for the 2015 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round. The 45 teams will play double-elimination tournaments with five teams at each of the nine locations. The event takes place from May 12 – 15.

(Sioux City, Iowa) -  The 2015 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball All-Conference team has been announced after a vote of league coaches.  The 2015 GPAC All-Conference Team consists of 17 first-team members and 17 second-team members, and an honorable mention list. Scott Morton from Briar Cliff was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Player-of-the-Year and Joey Fitzgerald from Dakota Wesleyan was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Pitcher-of-the-Year.  Boyd Pitkin from Briar Cliff was named the 2015 Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Coach-of-the-Year. The ninth annual Hauff Mid-America Sports Gold Glove Team was also named.

(Mitchell, South Dakota) – Early on it looked like it was going to be all Midland in the championship game of the 2015 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball Tournament, but Dakota Wesleyan used a huge sixth inning to come back for a 7-6 win. The game was played at Cadwell Park in Mitchell, South Dakota.
