(Mitchell, S.D.)  – Trae Bergh of Dakota Wesleyan was named the 2014 Emil S. Liston Award winner. The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the association's highest individual honors as part of the inaugural NAIA National Awards Day.  Awards recognized achievements of NAIA student-athletes, administrators and coaches.

Sioux City, Iowa  - The Inaugural Pivot Hoops Basketball Camp was July 14-16 at Southern Hills Baptist Church in Sioux City, Iowa.  The camp featured 29 incoming 4th, 5th, and 6th grade girls and boys from the Siouxland Area.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2014 NAIA Division I Men's Basketball All-Star team, the four contestants in the Slam Dunk Contest and four participants in the 3-Point Contest. The NABC-NAIA Men's Basketball All-Star Game, presented by US Bank, and the NABC-NAIA Men's Basketball 3-Point and Slam Dunk Contests, presented by Rawlings, will occur on March 22, as part of the Buffalo Funds-NAIA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship in Kansas City, Mo.  Representing the GPAC in the NAIA Divison II All-Star Festivities will be Danny Rudeen from Morningside and Kyle Lindbergh from Dordt.
