Mount Marty 11-1 (Mount Marty Eliminated)***&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Earlier on Saturday...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;For the second time in three days Doane&amp;#39;s baseball team has defeated the defending NAIA National Baseball Champion.&amp;nbsp; Saturday&amp;#39;s 6-5 win eliminated the Concordia (Calif.) Eagles from the Marion Bracket of the NAIA National Opening Round.&amp;nbsp; The Tigers will now play Point Park on Saturday night in Championship #1.&amp;nbsp; Point Park is undefeated in the tournament, while Doane has one loss.&amp;nbsp; If Doane can win on Saturday night, they will force a second title game on Monday.&amp;nbsp; The Marion Bracket is hosted by Indiana Wesleyan and the Mid-Central Conference.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

            <description>&lt;p&gt;The 2012 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball All-Conference team has been announced after a vote of league coaches.&amp;nbsp; This years GPAC All-Conference Team consists 17 first-team members and 17 second-team members, and an honorable mention list.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Alex Heideman from Nebraska Wesleyan and Anthony Hincy from Doane were named the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Co Players-of-the-Year, while Ethan Opsahl from Dakota Wesleyan was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Pitcher-of-the-Year.&amp;nbsp; Jeremy Jorgensen from Doane was named the 2012 Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Coach-of-the-Year. The sixth annual Hauff Mid-America Sports Gold Glove Team was also named.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

            <description>&lt;p&gt;Seventh seed Mount Marty ran the table at 5-0 over three days and claimed the 2012 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball Tournament Championship in Lincoln, Nebraska.&amp;nbsp; The Lancers defeated Northwestern 1-0 at Haymarket Park (Hawks Field) in the lone game on Saturday.&amp;nbsp; Mount Marty is now 26-26 on the season.&amp;nbsp; Northwestern closes the season at 30-23.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
