Dakota Wesleyan University
Dakota Wesleyan forward Jalen Voss is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week. Voss, a senior from Worthington, Minnesota, helped the Tigers two impressive wins, scoring 37 against Valley City State and 30 versus Nebraska Wesleyan. He made 30-of-44 shots in the two games and grabbed nine rebounds in the victory over Nebraska Wesleyan in the team's GPAC opener.

Ashlynn Muhl
Morningside College
Morningside forward Ashlynn Muhl is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week. Muhl, a senior from Minneota, Minnesota, had back-to-back double-doubles as the second-ranked Mustangs picked up wins over Midland (RV) and fifth-ranked Hastings. Against Midland she scored a career-high 31 points (13-of-17 from the field) to go along with a season-high 14 rebounds, 3 assists 2 steals and a blocked shot. She followed that up with 13 points and 14 boards against Hastings.

(Sioux City, IA)  – Morningside College head football coach Steve Ryan broke the record for career football coaching victories at Morningside when the fourth-ranked Mustangs defeated No. 13 Ottawa University 42-21 in the first round of the 2014 NAIA Championship Series on Saturday at Elwood Olsen Stadium.

(Kansas City, Missouri) - The 2014 NAIA Fall Championship Season is underway!  The GPAC has eleven teams involved in postseason play for 2014.  In football Morningside and Northwestern, Hastings in men's soccer, Concordia and Hastings in women's soccer, Morningside and Northwestern for men's cross country, Dordt in women's cross country, and Northwestern, Midland, and Briar Cliff in volleyball.
