The 2008 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball All-Conference team has been announced after a vote of league coaches. This years GPAC All-Conference Team consists 17 first-team members and 17 second-team members, and an honorable mention list. Bret Hoch from Morningside was named the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Player-of-the-Year, while Zane Cascini from Nebraska Wesleyan was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Pitcher-of-the-Year. Boyd Pitkin from Briar Cliff was named the 2008 Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Coach-of-the-Year. The second annual Hauff Mid-America Sports Gold Glove Team was also named. All Award winners will now move onto the NAIA Region III level for further post-season consideration.
