Preston Broughton
Preston Broughton from Dakota Wesleyan has been selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men’s Basketball Player-of-the-Year to headline the GPAC Basketball All-Conference Teams for 2007-08.

Broughton averaged 17.9 points and 8.9 rebounds per game this season for the Tigers. Morningside, Northwestern, and Dakota Wesleyan have all gained berths into the NAIA Men’s Division II National Basketball Tournament. The tournament runs, March 12-18, at Point Lookout, Missouri (College of the Ozarks). The Bracket will be released later today.
