![]() Hastings Men Get GPAC Men's Soccer Nod at Number One The Hastings men, after posting a 12-6-3 record in 2006, has been selected by the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) men’s soccer coaches’ as the favorite for the 2007 GPAC men’s soccer season. The Bronco men, who last year advanced to the NAIA National Soccer Tournament, totaled 142 points and eleven first place votes in the poll. Northwestern was picked second with 116 points and one first place vote, while Dakota Wesleyan was third with 109. The final first place vote went to Nebraska Wesleyan; the Prairie Wolves were picked fifth in the poll.The 2007 schedule will consist of 12 league games as once again all 13 teams will compete for the conference crown.
