The eighth annual Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Football Media Day will be held on Monday, August 6, in South Sioux City, Nebraska, at the Marina Inn.

  The media is welcome to a free lunch beginning at NOON at the Marina Inn in the Monterrey Room. Starting at 1:00 pm the GPAC football coaches will address the media with their 2007 outlook, followed by a question and answer period. The event will conclude with the release of the 2007 GPAC football preseason poll.

  Sioux Falls is the defending GPAC football champion after going 10-0 last fall. The Cougars capped a perfect 14-0 season by winning the NAIA National Football Championship. Sioux Falls, Northwestern, and Morningside all qualified for the NAIA Football Championship Series.
  The Marina Inn is located at 4^th and B Street in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
