The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following wrestler-of-the-week for January 21 – January 27, 2013. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2012-13 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Steadman Wang, Hastings College – 165 Pound Weight Class
Hastings wrestler Steadman Wang is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Wrestler-of-the-Week.  Wang, a sophomore from Bennington, Nebraska, had a big weekend on the mat for the Broncos. He posted a 12-11 win against Zach Fishman of Northwestern, who is ranked number one in the North Region (9^th nationally) at 165 pounds. Hastings went 3-1 overall during the weekend with its only loss coming to
8^th ranked Dickinson State.
