GPAC Week Three Men's Basketball Honors Announced

Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following men's basketball players-of-the-week for games played November 26 – December 2, 2012.  Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2012-2013 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Galen Gullie, Midland University – Guard
           
 Midland University guard Galen Gullie is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Week.  Gullie, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska helped lead the Warriors to a 2-0 record on the week including an upset victory over No. 3 Dordt College. Gullie averaged 17.5 points per game, three assists, and 2.5 steals through the two games. He shot an impressive 11-for-15 from the field and 5-for-7 from three-point range. Gullie ranks second in the NAIA Division II in assist per turnover ratio with six. Midland has games against 14th ranked Doane and Mount Marty this week.
