The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Golf Qualifier #3 will take place on Monday, April 23, in Fremont, Nebraska, at the Fremont Golf Club.  Midland University will host be the host of GPAC Qualifier #3.

Nebraska Wesleyan holds a five stroke lead in the team competition after the first 36 holes played in the fall.  The Prairie Wolves have a team total of 609 and lead second place Doane who sits at 614.  Northwestern is in third at 616 with Hastings fourth at 617.  GPAC Qualifiers #1 and #2 were played in Yankton and Hastings last fall.

Drew Taylor from Nebraska Wesleyan is the individual leader at three over after the first two rounds with a 147 (72,75).  Bo Cribelli from Doane is in second with 149 (72, 77) and Travis Johnson (Dakota Wesleyan) and Neil Malenke (Northwestern) are tied for third at 150, three shots off the lead.

The fourth and final GPAC Men's Golf Qualifier will be played in Mitchell, South Dakota, on May 7 at Wild Oak.  The champion of the league (or runner-up if NWU places first because NWU plays NCAA DIII for postseason) will advance to the NAIA National Golf Championships in Salem, Oregon, May 22-25 at the Creekside Country Club.  The NAIA Men's National Championships are hosted by the Cascade Collegiate Conference.
