Kramme is in his 15th season as the Head Coach of the Warriors.  The Warriors earned five consecutive berths into the NAIA Region IV Tournament from 2001-2005, advancing to the championship game of the tournament every year from 2002-2005.MLC finished as runner-up in the regional tournament in 2002, 2004, and 2005 and they were crowned NAIA Region IV champions in 2003, earning their first ever berth into the NAIA National Championship Tournament.MLC qualified for the NAIA Region III Tournament in 2007 and 2008.

Midland Lutheran College is a member of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC), a thirteen team conference comprised of schools from Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Coach Kramme serves as the GPAC Softball Chair and the GPAC Softball Rater. He was namedConference Coach of the Year in 1998, 2001, 2003, and 2004, and he earned NAIA Region IV Coach of the Year honors in 2003 and 2004, as well. Beginning in 2005, Coach Kramme began a five year appointment on the NAIA-SCA Executive Committee. He served as President of the NAIA-SCA for the 2008-09 academic year.
