Darrin Dorsey from Dakota Wesleyan has been selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Year to headline the GPAC Basketball All-Conference Teams for 2009-10.

Dorsey led the Tigers to the GPAC Regular Season Championship this year with a 16-2 conference record. Dakota Wesleyan and Sioux Falls have secured the league's automatic berths in the NAIA Men's Division II National Basketball Tournament. The tournament runs, March 10-16, at the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. The bracket, including at-large selections, will be released today. Dakota Wesleyan, Sioux Falls, and Hastings will represent the GPAC in Point Lookout, Missouri.
