Basketball Tournament
Dakota Wesleyan University will be the number one seed when the 2010 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Postseason Basketball Championships begin on Tuesday, February 23. The Tigers went 16-2 in the league to win the GPAC regular season championship and also secured an automatic berth to the NAIA Men's Division II National Tournament in Point Lookout, Missouri. Dakota Wesleyan finished the regular season at 24-5. Sioux Falls will be the number two seed, Hastings the three seed, and Concordia the fourth seed.

The top four seeds will have first round byes and not play on Tuesday. The fifth through 12th seeds will play opening round games on Tuesday with the winners advancing to the quarterfinals on Thursday, February 25. The semifinals are on Saturday, February 27, at the highest two remaining seeds. GPAC Championship Tuesday, sponsored by Rawlings, will be on Tuesday, March 2. The GPAC Postseason Champion garners an automatic berth to the NAIA National Basketball Tournament (the runner-up gains the berth if the regular season champion (Dakota Wesleyan) wins the postseason).
