Preston Broughton, Forward - Dakota Wesleyan
Dakota Wesleyan forward Preston Broughton is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Week. Broughton, a senior from Corsica, South Dakota, averaged 23.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game as the Tigers ran their win streak out to ten games. For the week he made 19-25 shots from the floor (76%). Dakota Wesleyan defeated two ranked teams on the week (Sioux Falls and Concordia) to extend their conference lead to 1.5 games. The Tigers are now 21-5 on the season and 13-2 in league play.
