The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following men's basketball player-of-the-week for January 11 - January 17, 2010. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2009-2010 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Darrin Dorsey, Guard - Dakota Wesleyan
  Dakota Wesleyan guard Darrin Dorsey is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Week. Dorsey, a junior from Phoenix, Arizona, averaged nearly a triple-double a game on the week as the Tigers went 2-0. For the week he averaged 20.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game. In a win over Dordt on Wednesday he snagged seven steals and in a Friday win over Northwestern he dished out nine assists. Dakota Wesleyan is now 15-5 on the season.
