Twenty-four teams took to the court on Tuesday as the first day of pool play at the 30th Annual NAIA Volleyball National Championship Presented by Siouxland Sports Medicine Foundation in the Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena got underway.

Pool play continues Wednesday and Thursday. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the single elimination bracket starting Friday. The championship match will take place Saturday at 8 p.m. (CST).
On Tuesday the GPAC went 1-2 in pool play. Northwestern posted a 3-0 win over Shawnee State, while Doane lost to College of Idaho in four sets and Morningside also lost in four to Concordia of California.
