The 2009 Great Plains Athletic Conference Cross Country All-Conference Teams and Coaches-of-the-Year have been announced.  Jackie Spelts from Nebraska Wesleyan is the Women's Runner-of-the-Year, while Zach Meineke from Concordia is the Men's Runner-of-the-Year.  Dave Nash from Morningside was named the Women's Coach-of-the-Year, with Kregg Einspahr from Concordia garnering Men's Coach-of-the-Year Honors.
