GPAC Week #8 Women's Soccer Honors The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following women's soccer players-of-the-week for October 19 -October 25, 2009. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2009-2010 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.
Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week
Women's Offense- Samantha Exstrom, Doane - Forward Doane forward Samantha Exstrom is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Exstrom, a junior from Lincoln, Nebraska, scored three goals and added an assist as the Tigers went 2-0 on the week. For the week she scored the game winning goals in victories against Hastings and Mount Marty. The win over Hastings was the first for Doane in 20 meetings. The Tigers are now 7-7-1 on the season.
