Men's Offense - Rick Kievits, Morningside - Forward
Morningside forward Rick Kievits is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Kievits, a junior from Nieuw Vennep, Netherlands, tallied two goals and an assist on the week as the Mustangs went 1-1. For the week he totaled five points. Morningside is now 6-5-1.
Men's Defense- Chris Allen, Dana - Keeper
Dana keeper Chris Allen is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Allen, a senior from Kansas City, Missouri, posted a shutout in the Vikings win over Northwestern. He made eight saves and faced 20 shots in win. Dana is now 8-2-2.
