Men's Offense - Kyle Smith, Doane - Midfielder
Doane midfielder Kyle Smith is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Smith, a junior from Mission Hills, South Dakota, scored three goals on the week as the Tigers went 2-0. He netted the game winner against Dordt and also added an assist in the Midland Lutheran game. The Tigers are 3-4 on the season.
Men's Defense- Daniel Whithorn, Morningside - Keeper
Morningside keeper Daniel Whithorn is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Whithorn, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska, had eight saves in two Morningside shutout wins against Northwestern and Concordia. Morningside is 4-2 on the season.
