![]() Broncos and Vikings Both Will Advance to NAIA Men's Soccer Nationals Top seed Hastings defeated three seed Dana 2-1 on Saturday night in Hastings, Nebraska, to claim the 2008 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Men's Soccer Title. The Broncos improved to 18-3 with the win and won their 15th straight match. Dana is now 14-4-1 on the season.
Both Hastings and Dana have secured berths into the NAIA National Soccer Tournament. The GPAC is allotted two automatic berths because we have 12 NAIA teams in the conference. The NAIA National Soccer Tournament Opening Round will be on Saturday, November 22. Sixteen teams will advance to the final NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Site in Fresno, California, at Fresno Pacific University.
The NAIA National Soccer Tournament opening round pairings will be announced on Sunday, November 16, by the NAIA.
